How do you process reservation & other requests?All services should be booked through our Larnaca town head office Incoming Travel Department, e-mail: incoming@korona.com.cy. In order to handle reservations efficiently, please advise arrival /departure dates, flight details, number of persons, children age, room requirements, meals, car rentals, transfers, sightseeing tours, Vip service, special guest request, or any other related service or activity and should be requested via our secure Partners Workspace reservation request form or by e-mail.
All your services requests & reservations will be taken care by our incoming department multilingual team members and will respond to you on a timely and accurate manner along with detailed quotation, reservations confirmation and any other related services / info about your request. Is given rates net or commissionable?All our rates within partners workspace confidential tariff’s folder are net non-commissionable and quoted in EURO ( € ) and are inclusive of all taxes. Any exceptions will be stated as a note in the confidential tariff’s on specific service rate or at the effective accommodation type.
What is included in F.I.T. Confidential Tariffs?The F.I.T. Confidential Tariffs includes our Tour Operator updated detailed rates about our incoming services to Cyprus separately for accommodation rates, transfers, excursions, stop sales, special offers, rooms occupancy scenarios, tour packages samples & plus more.
Cyprus Hotels, Apartments, Holiday Villages & Resorts and Holiday Rentals periodically have an attractive Special Promo Offers that you can use for your offers and those SPO are regularly updated in your personal confidential Tariff folder so you will have always fresh info, the SPO is clearly marked on each related accommodation within detailed rates table.
What FIT & GIT terms represent?FIT stands for Free Independent Travelers (or Tourists) is term used in the Tourism industry and it means a small number of tourists (usually fewer than 8 people or couples or Family or…) who plan their own trips and prefer to travel alone on a leisure trips abroad without an escort or fixed package structure and the itinerary is custom-made for the traveler. Our given FIT rates are valid for this type of reservations. Another similar description for FIT is Foreign Independent Travel or Flexible Independent Travel.
On the other side the term GIT stands for Group Inclusive Tour and it is a travel program package with a special fare (other than given FIT confidential tariffs) and specific travel services and activities (usually a minimum No. of people often more than 10 people traveling as a group throughout the tour) and all group participants must follow same program and services as per GIT itinerary.
